MyTR is a global transformation project consolidating multiple platforms into a single product. As UI Designer for billing, pricing, finance, and risk, I collaborated closely with UX specialists, architects, and both onshore and offshore development teams to enhance UI and UX for billing and pricing services. We refined pattern libraries to ensure design consistency and quality, simplifying user journeys and adding functionality to previously complex products. Employing an agile methodology, we iterated continuously, resulting in MyTR winning four Golds at the 2018 IT World Awards, including Best Homepage and Best Interface Design.
Simplifying existing on-platform and off-platform services was a key performance target due to the worldwide customer base and high transaction volumes. This initiative resulted in a reduction in late payments and decreased reliance on call centre support.
Contributing to the dashboard functionality required presenting the most pertinent information to users across all responsive breakpoints. This approach ensures that dashboards are accessible and user-friendly on various devices, from desktops to smartphones
Collaborating with the design system lead and engineering teams, I created new components and interactions, while also reviewing and enhancing existing styles to improve overall design quality and consistency.
